Sadly, no one lives forever, and on a show like LOST that's especially true. (luckily, on a show like LOST they might show up in zombie form at some point) Who is your favorite character that has been killed off on LOST? (who would you see resurrected if you could?) My answer is Mr. Eko.

Mr Eko was definately a good character. I also liked Charlie very much but I think he died in such a great way that I wouldn't want to resurrect him. Possibly Libby (was that her name?) for Hurley's sake.
There's a part of me that wants to say Nikki or Paulo just to see everyone's reaction. ; )
I think I'd have to go with Claire, for Aaron's sake. Although, I think she'll turn out to be one of those dead-but-not-gone characters...
Michelle, I agree that Charlie's death was so well done...well, except for the fact that he had to die.
Amy, you 'stole' my answer with Eko. He was a wonderful character and if they want to bring him back in some strange Lost way, that would be fine with me.
I've only had the opportunity to see the first 2 or maybe 3 seasons of Lost (while I was in Korea). I'd have to go with Charlie. But, then I saw someone's answer that Claire died...how sad! So I'd like to see them both come back and they could be a happy little zombie family...
But...Mr. Eko would be good to come back too...
Hmmmm, I also liked Mr. Eko and think he gave the show great depth, but I just loved Charlie. His death was a good one, as others have pointed out, but I'd like to see him come back, at least just for a bit. And what was Boone's sister's name? I wouldn't mind seeing her come back so we could see if anything would develop between her and Sayid, even though she was obnoxious.
This is a tough one! I agree that Charlie’s death was well done, and he “is” sort of back since he’s been talking to Hurley. Mr. Eko was really quite interesting and we haven’t seen him back in any form (yet) and I agree that it would be nice to bring back Libby for Hurley’s sake. But I’m going to go with Jin. He’s made such a change in his life and in his relationship with Sun, I think they deserve a chance to be happy, even if it is only by “seeing” each other once in a while.
(I’m so glad you didn’t ask this question before today! I finally got caught up on the last part of season 4 last night, so at least I know who is dead and who isn’t!)
Definitely Charlie! Well, Charlie and Claire. I'd hate to have Charlie survive only to have Claire die later.
Also, Libby for Hurley. Good idea!

For me it is Charlie. First off, Dominic Monaghan was the reason why I started watch Lost. He was my favorite hobbit. I had no idea what Lost was about when it premiered. All I knew was Dominic was in it, and "that guy from Party of Five" was too. So when he died, we cried!
Although I'm not attached, I wish Libby hadn't died b/c her story wasn't finished!!! WHY was she in Hurley's mental institution??? She knew Desmond!!! Supplied his boat!!! And then they killed her off just b/c she had a DUI!
First of all, I have to say I'm pulling for the zombie season as much as you! (You listen to the Darlton podcasts too!)
And the saddest death for me was Charlie. He was imperfect and really annoying at times, but I feel like a lot of the other character deaths were either really early in the character's life in the series, or they were semi-peripheral characters. Charlie was someone I knew and loved, despite his faults.
Charlie's death brought a tear to the eye, I must admit. But I also miss Shannon...the girl was so petty she just grew on me after a while!
I was so disappointed in how things turned out for Mr. Eko and wish he were back. But I miss Charlie the most.
If I were willing to admit that Jin is dead, he would be at the top of my list. ;)
I like Shauna'a answer...I'm not sure I'm willing to admit that Jin is actually dead. If he is, well, then he's who I'd want back. (Although I love angry Sun who finally stands up to her father!)
But otherwise...I'll go with Charlie, too. I just always enjoyed him as a character.
I miss Charlie! I'm hoping that the fact that they "moved" the island will turn back time and he will still be alive.

Charlie! I am still hoping that he is not really dead. I did like his return last year haunting Hugo, but we need him back for real. :)
Okay those of you who mentioned Jin being actually dead...well I'm not talking to you. ;) Just kidding. I'm holding out hope. And Claire...well, I still don't know what happened to her.
Definitely Charlie. I cried like a baby when he died. What a great episode that was though. I did really like Mr. Eko too though. I'm so excited to have the show back!
Good thing for me there's an opt-out question. I don't watch much television anymore, much preferring a good book. Believe it or not, I haven't heard of the show until now.
