Introducing the Book Blog Social Club

We get married. We have babies. We have birthdays and graduate from college and reach life milestones and accomplishments. And we blog about books.

I believe the book blogosphere is a community. A big huge community made of many smaller communities that may want to celebrate these events together in a virtual way. The same sort of way we know each other.

That's why Michele, Meghan, and I made the Book Blog Social Club. We were planning its inaugural event and thought, "we may want to do this again." So we decided to give it its own site.

The Book Blog Social Club opens for business this weekend with a baby shower for Jen of Devourer of Books. After that, it's on a first come first serve basis for anyone who wishes to use it to celebrate life events. Design can be tweaked to fit your event.
