A Very Deep Question

Very few zombie worlds in fiction acknowledge the fact that zombie movies existed before the apocalypse. The only one I can think of that does is Mira Grant's in Feed.

If the world were to be infected by the zombie virus tomorrow do you think we'd call them zombies???? Or walkers/biters/ etc.?
