Catching Up!

Hi everyone!

It's been awhile since I feel like I've been around as I was on vacation. I tried using my phone for internet exclusively for a week and it didn't work out. Though...I guess if I was forced into the position of doing so I could. It would just mean I wouldn't blog as much. I guess I can see more and more why blogging/commenting culture is dying. It just takes more effort on a phone/tablet and so people don't bother.

I want to thank all of you for your super kind words about BBAW and for being so understanding. I will be posting something at the BBAW site in a few days as well. I already feel freer and I think there are more changes to come!

I'm catching up on TV and have soooo many thoughts on the TWD finale (and season as a whole) I hope to share as well. I read a few books on the trip, but one thing I'm finding as I get older is that I can't really read with any noise or anything so it was definitely less than I hoped. I am so behind on reviews and the weird thing is that I do actually want to share about these books, it's not some obligatory feeling.

I still want to see The Host despite the bad reviews, has anyone seen it yet?

Also, I feel like so much happened, like Amazon buying Goodreads. My gut reaction to that was ugh, but I'm not like deleting my Goodreads account yet or anything. The sad truth is that the things I enjoy about Goodreads I enjoy Goodreads specifically for...I already use LibraryThing, as well, but differently. Anyway, I haven't had any time to read anything about it really, so please drop all the links on me.

And as always, my feedreader (lol still Google Reader) is stuffed and while I'll be working my way through it I'd love it if you shared any interesting links with me I might have missed! Don't be shy if it's your own. :)
